Report Fraud
Unfortunately, the number of fraudulent health insurance plans are increasing. The General Accounting Office (GAO) reports that 200,000+ policyholders were taken by these scams between 2000-2002.
Every state insurance department has an individual who is familiar with the issue of fraudulent plans and can answer questions from the agent community.
